McSence Ltd is delighted to bring you McSence Training Services which offers training opportunities for people who are unemployed. We have a variety of training programs covering basic skills in Electrical, Plumbing and Painting and Decorating Trades, Administration duties, and in addition our newest program is providing training in Home Help Services.

McSence Ltd is dedicated in developing new services to help support people back to work and McSence Training Services is pivotal in helping meet this aim.

In addition to our training programmes McSence Ltd has formed a co-operative called McSence Enterprise Collective (MEC) to help those trainees who completed their training but, who are currently unsuccessful in finding employment. The MEC trainees are supported by our professional tradesman and are undertaking any work they can find in our communities at reduced rates in order to gain more experience and work opportunities. This work includes but is not restricted to all the building trades that the trainees learned on their course.
